Prior to that Scott was with EXP Realty for 8 years where he became an ICON agent.  Additionally, Scott worked at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, earning several accolades, including the 2017 International Presidents Elite Award for production, placing him as the second highest gross earning individual agent at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage - La Jolla and the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally. 

 

Scott has achieved the San Diego Association of REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Award for the past 15 consecutive years, placing him in the top 5% of all San Diego real estate professionals. Surpassing $750 million in career sales, Scott has become an accomplished agent by specializing in luxury home sales. His outstanding client care and sales track record consistently rank him as one of the top coastal area real estate agents in San Diego.

 

Scott and his wife Amy have enjoyed family life in San Diego with their three boys since 1996. As an avid golf family they spend their time between San Diego and North Carolina. Their love for real estate is intertwined in several business from interior design to real estate development and investment properties.
